Jean-Robert Dumfries brings a rare combination of field-level ATC experience and international policy influence. His 40+ year career spans tower and area control, airspace oversight, and executive participation in global aviation forums.
He served as Deputy Chief ATC at Aruba’s Queen Beatrix International Airport and Executive Vice President Americas at IFATCA. In this capacity, he represented the region in ICAO’s GREPECAS group and CNS/ATM implementation planning across the Americas.
